1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the cw44 website located at https://cw44.app and all associated sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and promotional materials offered under the cw44 brand. References to "cw44", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the cw44 platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "user", or "player" refer to any individual accessing or using the cw44 platform.

By creating a cw44 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

1.1 Governing Language

1.2 Severability

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cw44 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily cashback, free bets, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a cw44 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance upon the first qualifying deposit being confirmed. • Using low-risk betting strategies (such as covering all outcomes) to meet wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.
• Colluding with other players to abuse a referral or multi-player bonus structure.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

cw44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any obligations already incurred by a player under an active promotion will be honoured. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• Evidence exists that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting corruption.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's cw44 balance within 24 hours.

6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

6.4 Responsible Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the specific prohibitions set out in other sections of these Terms, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on the cw44 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud cw44, other players, or payment providers through false chargebacks, stolen payment instruments, or identity fraud.
• Money laundering: Using cw44 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds connected with criminal activity. cw44 reports suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access the cw44 platform, its servers, or its databases through any means other than the authorised user interface.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cw44

cw44 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. During a suspension, the affected player will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. cw44 will conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe and will notify the player of the outcome.

8.2 Permanent Closure by cw44

cw44 may permanently close an account where:

• A material breach of these Terms has been confirmed following investigation.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to cw44 or other players.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, cw44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any genuine player funds will be returned after completing applicable checks.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your cw44 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. 8.4 Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, all pending bonuses and associated wagering requirements are immediately cancelled. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn upon account closure. Only real-money cash balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements may be eligible for return, subject to the conditions described in section 8.2 above.

8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. cw44 will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy. Following a dormancy notification period of 30 days without response or login, cw44 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation requires the player to log in and, if required, complete any outstanding KYC verification steps.
